Scheduling Your CBT Exam

If you purchase the self-study CSA Course and Exam package (or the CSA Exam only) you will take your CSA exam or re-test at a professional CBT test center. You will receive an email with instructions, including your user ID and password, to access more detailed information online about available test centers and their distance in miles from your zip code, as well as test dates and times, so you can schedule your exam online.

• You must schedule your exam no later than 5 business days prior to the date you want to test.
• You may reschedule or cancel up to 5 business days before your exam date for an additional $25 fee. After 5 business days, there is an additional charge of $85 to re-schedule or cancel
• If you reschedule or cancel your exam less than 5 business days prior to your exam date, or if you are a no show, there is an additional charge of $85 to re-schedule your exam.
• If you come to the testing center without your proper ID and/or proper admission letter and you are unable to take the scheduled exam, there is an additional fee of $85 to reschedule your exam.
